Delivery and payment

Where we deliver

We deliver throughout the Republic of Moldova by courier, to the address given in the order.

Cost

• Delivery costs 60 MDL.
• For orders from 1,500 MDL (after discounts), delivery is free.

The exact delivery cost is shown in the bag before you place your order.

Confirmation and timing

After you place your order, we contact you to confirm it. The estimated delivery time is given when the order is confirmed.

Payment

You pay on delivery, directly to the courier, in cash or by card. No prepayment is needed.

When you receive the parcel

Please check the parcel in the courier’s presence. If the packaging is visibly damaged, you may refuse the parcel or tell us right away at [to be completed] – we will replace the affected products.
